Sweepstakes Overview and Eligibility Requirements

This document outlines the official rules and regulations governing the "Treats Only Sweepstakes" (hereinafter referred to as the "Sweepstakes"). Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States, Canada (excluding Quebec), and the United Kingdom who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in their respective jurisdiction at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, and agents of the Sponsor, its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (defined as spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members are not eligible to participate or win. Void where prohibited by law.

Sponsor and Administrator Information

If a prize or any portion of a prize becomes unavailable for any reason, the Sponsor reserves the right to substitute that prize with another prize of equal or greater value. All federal, state, local, and other taxes on the value of any prize awarded are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Winner Selection and Notification

Affidavit of Eligibility and Release Requirements

To be eligible to claim a prize, each potential winner must:

• Be a legal resident of the United States, Canada (excluding Quebec), or the United Kingdom, and of the age of majority in their jurisdiction.
• Provide proof of age and residency if requested by the Sponsor.
• Sign and return the Affidavit of Eligibility and Release of Liability and Publicity Release within the specified timeframe. This document will confirm the winner’s eligibility, release the Sweepstakes Entities from any liability, and grant the Sweepstakes Entities the right to use the winner’s name, likeness, and entry for advertising and promotional purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.
• If the prize is awarded to a minor, the prize will be awarded to the parent or legal guardian on the minor’s behalf. The parent or legal guardian will be required to sign the Affidavit and Release on behalf of the minor.

Prize Claim Procedure

Once a potential winner has been notified and has successfully completed all required documentation, arrangements will be made to deliver the prize. Grand Prize winners may be required to travel to a designated location for prize fulfillment. Participants represent and warrant that their entry is original, does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party, and has not been published previously.

Privacy Policy and Data Collection

The Sponsor is committed to protecting the privacy of participants. In the event of termination, the Sponsor will select winners from among all eligible entries received up to the date of termination.

Limitation of Liability and Release

By participating in the Treats Only Sweepstakes, participants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless the Sweepstakes Entities, their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates, from any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, causes of action, and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, that may arise from or in connection with participation in the Sweepstakes, or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize. The Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for: (a) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by participants, printing errors, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes; (b) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to, malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (c) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; (d) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; (e) late, lost, undeliverable, misdirected, or postage-due mail; or (f) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from participant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt, use, or misuse of any prize.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
